“The Gallery”, a five star luxury villa community in Palo Alto, Marbella, reveals Victoria Swarovski as ambassador

As one of the most sought-after jet-set destinations in the Mediterranean, Marbella attracts a host of high-profile personalities from the worlds of show business, sport and finance – including Victoria Swarovski. The 29-year-old member of the Austrian Swarovski family, which is known worldwide for its crystal company, has just acquired one of a total of 33 properties in the private residential complex known as “The Gallery” in Palo Alto, Marbella through Engel & Völkers. Smadar Kahana, Managing Director of Engel & Völkers Marbella, managed the sale with her team and is convinced by the residential project’s potential as well as the collaboration: “‘The Gallery’ marks the opening of an exclusive residential complex that brings together all the advantages of a private community with the  luxury amenities of a 5-star-resort. The investment by Victoria Swarovski is viewed as a significant endorsement of our brand's exclusivity, competence and passion.”

Marbella combines all the benefits of upmarket living with an outstanding array of cultural and recreational offerings. With the opening of the legendary “Marbella Club Hotel” in the 1950s by Prince Alfonso von Hohenlohe, the former Andalusian fishing village quickly rose to exclusive renown, becoming the meeting place of the international jet set.

“The Gallery” – Elegant and glamorous living in private community

"We are incredibly honored to have Victoria Swarovski as part of our community, and we believe her presence will elevate our brand prestige to new heights," stated Matías Villarroel, Director of Roel Homes. Designed by the esteemed architectural firm Villarroel-Torrico, and exclusively marketed by Engel & Völkers Marbella, the luxury complex comprises a total of 33 ultra-modern villas with custom-furnishment by Minotti Marbella. Each 4 or 5-bedroom villa exudes luxury and sophistication, featuring private saltwater infinity pools, sun terraces, lush private gardens, and spacious customizable basements.

Residents at The Gallery will not only enjoy the comfort of their exquisitely designed villas but also have unparalleled access to 5-star resort amenities such as an Owners Club, a fine dining restaurant, an upscale spa, saunas, and a state-of-the-art gym as well as further amenities already built in Palo Alto. Outdoor facilities range from a tennis court to jogging paths, yoga pavilions, and a tranquil valley christened 'Serenity Valley'. The in-house concierge team guarantees that residents' needs are met with utmost finesse and ease, reflecting the luxurious lifestyle The Gallery offers.

“‘The Gallery’ reflects the changing demands of our clients. Many of our international buyers in the premium segment no longer want to follow in the footsteps of past generations and buy an existing property as a retirement home. Instead, they are opting to buy earlier in life and want to be involved in customizing their holiday property, making it truly their own to enjoy,” says Smadar Kahana.

Thirty percent of the villas have already been reserved with prices starting from 2.7 million euros. Discerning buyers are invited to secure their piece of this extraordinary community before the first phase of construction concludes in Summer 2025.
